Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 5/13/2026

Northbreak Media LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Your email address when voluntarily submitted.
  • Standard website analytics data (e.g., browser type, device type, IP address, and usage data).
  • Advertising attribution data, such as campaign parameters, Meta Pixel browser identifiers, and conversion events, when you consent to website privacy practices.
  • Quiz and survey responses you voluntarily submit so we can personalize educational follow-up and understand what content is most useful.

We do not collect medical records, protected health information (PHI), or clinical data through this website.

Website usage information helps us understand and improve the resources we provide.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Deliver requested educational materials.
  • Communicate updates or related educational content.
  • Improve website functionality.
  • Analyze aggregate content, signup, and quiz completion patterns.

3. Email Communications

By submitting your email address, you consent to receive email communications from Northbreak Media LLC. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in all emails or by contacting us directly.

We comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act.

4. Cookies and Advertising

When you consent to optional analytics and advertising practices, we may use Meta Pixel on the website. Meta Pixel may set or read browser identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, and may receive page, campaign, and conversion activity so Meta can measure advertising performance.

For purchases, we may also use Meta Conversions API to send server-side conversion information to Meta Platforms, Inc. This may include a hashed version of your checkout email address, Stripe customer or order identifiers, course purchase details, purchase value, currency, checkout and landing page URLs, campaign parameters, and browser metadata such as user agent and Meta browser identifiers. We do not send medical records, protected health information, or clinical data to Meta.

If you decline optional analytics and advertising consent, we do not intentionally load Meta Pixel or send Meta advertising conversion events for that session. You can also limit advertising tracking through your browser settings and Meta ad preferences.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use reputable third-party service providers (e.g., email marketing platforms, advertising platforms including Meta, hosting providers, payment processors including Stripe, and analytics providers) to operate this website. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed secure. You acknowledge that submission of information is at your own risk.

7. Children

This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
